Before you commission me, Please read my Terms of service

GENERAL

You agree to these terms of service by commissioning me.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a commission form.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission for any reason.
Prices are subject to change based on complexity.
Updates of the commission will be provided (layout, sketch, base colours)
Commission time frames range from 1 week to 1 months.
I am willing to discuss if the commission needs to be completed in a certain time frame. Prices may be subject to change if the commission needs to be done in a timely manner.
Full-color image references are required in order for me to take the commission and I will not take commissions based on description alone (excluding my “doodle“ option).
First come, first serve. But filling out the form does not necessarily mean you will get a slot. You can be sure after I reach out to you via your preferred contracting method.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. Unless the cost is over 50€, than we can discuss a payment plan.
Payments are done via Paypal F&F.
All prices are in EUR.
A full refund can be made if the commission has not been started.
Partial Refunds allowed depending on how far the commission is done (ex. I finished the lineart, you decide that you don't want it colored ⇨ I will refund the rest).

Commissions are for personal use only.
In the case where you are using your commission for your Icon, etc. l ask that you credit me (such as linking my profile).
Do not claim the work as your own. Do not use my work for commercial use (for commercial request please contract me directly).
You cannot convert or use the commissioned work into non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
I reserve the right to upload the commission on social media accounts with a watermark.
You are not allowed to sell my work after I complete it.
Do not take credit for the creation of the artwork.
Do not remove any watermarks/signature
You are not allowed to edit, modify or commission someone other than me to edit the commissioned artwork. Kindly ask me for revisions.

Commissioning me means you agree to my terms of service
